The word “motion” makes me think about children and their activities.
For me, my kid has to have at least 1 hour of physical activities outside, and another hour inside. With a half hour for studying. And the rest of her time, is hers for doing anything her heart desires.
Physical activities is good for children.
“Regular exercise provides these benefits: strong muscles and bone, weight control, decreased risk of developing type 2 diabetes, better sleep, and a better outlook on life. Healthy, physically active kids also are more likely to be academically motivated, alert, and successful. And physical competence builds self-esteem at every age.”
